A DVLA Licence Share Code provides us with evidence that the hirer holds a full UK driving licence as well as any endorsements.

Please note, this code is only valid once and for 21 days.
Hirers must be aged between 25 and 70 years old
Hirers must hold a FULL UK driving licence
Hirers must provide a DVLA share code BEFORE we release a vehicle
Vehicles may be collected from 7am and MUST be returned by 7pm, unless agreed otherwise. Collection & return may be possible outside these hours - Additional charges will apply
Additional drivers - £10.00 per day, per driver - maximum of 2 additional drivers
Payment is required in full at the time of the booking. Vehicles can not be reserved without payment.
Payment by bacs or bank credit / debit card
There will be a charge of 50% of the rental if cancelled within 48 hours of the booking start time.
There will be no refund given if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking start time.
It is the hirers responsiblity to refuel the vehicle back to the same level before returning the vehicle to us. If the vehicle is under fuelled on return, the hirer will be charged a £20.00 refuelling fee plus the cost of the fuel.
Vehicles will be insured on our insurance. The vehicle MUST be returned by the expiry date/time specified at the time of hire.
In the unlikely event of being unable to return by the expiry date/time, please contact us to extend the hire - additional charges will apply.
The self drive hire excess starts at £1,000.00 (this will vary depending on age, occupation and any endoresments on a drivers license - we have no control over this). This will be payable following any accident, loss or damage.
The hirer is responsible for any costs up to the excess amount.
